The curls are gone......

You remember this little boy? The little boy with a larger then life personality and the smile that can melt any heart? The little boy who's eyes are so bright and sparkly, you know he is destined for greatness. And those amazing curls!! Well, he is still that same amazing little boy...just with out the curls now.

Today was the day. The day that I had been dreading for so long. I know I am a spaz about this, yep...I admit it! I loved my baby's hair and I didn't want to cut it! But I'm also realistic! It was becoming a mess! It was wild and hard to keep from looking like he had just slept on it. So, I decided that it was just time. Eric and I agreed that it was best to do it now. Now because if it did look bad it would have time to grow out before his birthday and all the other upcoming holiday's!! So, this morning after breakfast we got dressed and went to Snipits and got it done. Linden was not happy, but he was good. H cried off and on the whole time, but stayed still and let the very nice lady do her job. And she did do a good job. A tad to short to me, but still good.

Linden in "Stomp The House!"

Linden has 2 "MUST Haves" when it comes to TV. One is the Wiggles, the other is "The Fresh Beat Band" (formal known as "The Jump Arounds", not sure why there was a name change?) Anyways, we cant wait till these new shows start. Here is Linden singing and dancing to Stomp the House. I have decided that he is going to be a drum playing Rapper when he gets older. hehe. I really have to get more video's of him Dancing and singing. Its so stinkin cute.

My Crazy Man

Big Boy Bed....

Linden has been sleeping in his "Big Boy Bed" for a few weeks now. It was a rough road at first but he quickly adjusted to his new bed and would fall fast asleep on his own. I have been meaning to take pictures of him sleeping in his bed, but would forget to. So today at nap I remembered and grabbed my camera! When I went in THIS is what I found! (And please...no lecture about the bottle, I know all to well its a bad thing, he only get 4 oz and only at bed time...we are working on it! And its water by the way.)






How cute is he! I can't wait till Eric see these!

Anyways....so it looks like I will have to wait another day to get pictures of him in his big boy bed! lol

A picture to cherish forever....

We went to my parents for dinner last week. When we arrived my Nanny (Linden's Great Grandma)met us at the door. She hadn't seen us in a few weeks. When Linden saw her he put his arms out for her and when she took him this is what he did. He put his head on her shoulder and wrapped his arms around her and just held her. He wouldn't left his head, didn't care about anything else. He just wanted his Nanny. He stayed this way for a good 15-20 mins. Saying nothing, looking at no one, just holding his Nanny so very close. Once he let go, and it wasn't easy, the whole night was about her. He followed her and if she disappeared he would call for her. He would play in the living room but come in to her room just to say hi simply by saying "Nanny!" and walking up touching her and then going on his way. What a very special love. I cant even begin to tell you, just how much it warms my heart.
